⚽The need:
For many young players and footballers, the high cost of new football boots and astroturf trainers is a major barrier to getting involved in the game they love. Your old boots could be the missing piece that gets them onto the pitch.
A lack of proper equipment can exclude children and players from playing our great game. Your donation could directly assist a player to participate and reach their goals.
Also, millions of football boots end up in landfills each year, contributing to long-lasting plastic waste.

⚽The solution:
Our community boot drive is collecting gently used football boots and astro boots of all sizes. By donating, you can help a child or player in our area enjoy the mental and physical benefits of sport, build their confidence, and feel part of a team.
Don't let your old boots go to waste. Through our program, you can easily donate your "pre-played" boots to a worthy cause. We'll make sure they find a new home and help a player in need, all while reducing waste.

⚽The impact:
You would not just be donating football boots; you’re giving a child/player the chance to make new friends, develop their skills, and stay active. You’re giving them a chance to play.
Also, for every pair of boots rehomed, we save them from landfill. You'll make someone's day and protect the planet at the same time.

Our special drop off/collection point to recylce and gather football boots and astroturf boots of all sizes is located inside Neale Wade Sports Centre. Drop off/collection times are, weekday evenings 5-8pm or Saturday's 9am-4pm.
