At March Academy FC, safeguarding and welfare doesn't stop at Under 18s – it's for everyone in our club.

We're proud to introduce Michelle Purcell, our Adult Teams Welfare Officer, who is here to support all of our adult players, coaches, managers, volunteers and officials.

On or off the pitch - whether you have a concern , need some advice, want a confidential chat or simply need someone to listen, Michelle is friendly, approachable and always here to help.

Welfare isn't just about football. Sometimes life can be challenging, and knowing there's someone to talk to can make all the difference.

No concern is too small.
